FLAT RATE SHIPPING RATE

We have flat rate shipping charges for all orders placed within the Continental U.S. Shipping orders placed outside of the Continental U.S. will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location, and other various UPS charges. Standard Ground shipments going to residential addresses will be sent via UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS.

Next Day: $49.00

How long until I receive my order?

All orders ship out of our fulfillment facility in Trenton, NJ within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, Standard UPS Ground shipments will reach you in 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping location.

What is Good Behavior’s return policy? 

We accept unused items purchased exclusively from our website within 15 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend creating a return for a refund (the credit will appear within 5-7 business days) and selecting a new product.

How do I make returns?

Complete the return form included on your packing list and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

Ship your package using a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records.
